Workwise enables you to enter all of your customer contact information and assign invoices and payments to those customers and generate PDF invoices, payment receipts and statements (currently Workwise supports GBP, Euros and Dollars).

It’s also possible to enter products or services that are automatically billed either monthly, quarterly or yearly or enter items to be billed on a future date.

You can also attach files and documents to customers and create mail-merged emails and letters to your customers either in batches (using customer groups) or individually making communicating with your customers easy.

A full history of actions and events relevant to each customer is recorded within Workwise, enabling any user to quickly see the full history of any customer and making sure that your staff have the relevant information in front of them when a customer gets in touch.
