FTP access is provided to clients on an as needed basis as most websites we design are managed via a content management system (CMS) and require no FTP access.

Please be aware that some solutions don't include FTP access. This is usually where we have licensed the use of one of our own web based applications and providing access to the source code is not part of your contract.
