Your use of the services we provide you with means that you accept, and agree to abide by, all the policies in this acceptable use policy, which are incorporated into our Website Hosting Service Agreement. You must comply with the spirit of this acceptable use policy as well as the letter.

Your website and use of the services we provide you with must be used for lawful purposes only and you may not submit, publish, or display any content that breaches any law, statute, or regulation. You agree not to:
1. use, or permit the use of, the services we provide you with or your website in any way to send unsolicited commercial email or “spam”, or any similar abuse of the Service. O’Brien Media reserves the right to determine what constitutes “spam” and terminate or suspend all services, without prior notice, of any customer disregarding this policy.
2. send email or any type of electronic message, or engage in actions, with the intention or result of affecting the performance of any computer facilities;
3. publish, post, distribute or disseminate defamatory, obscene, indecent, or other unlawful material or information, or any material or information which infringes any intellectual property rights (for the avoidance of doubt this includes licensed software distributed as Warez), via the services we provide you with or on your website;
4. threaten, abuse, disrupt or otherwise violate the rights (including rights of privacy and publicity) of others;
5. engage in illegal or unlawful activities through the services we provide you with, or via your website;
6. make available or upload files to your website or to the services we provide you with that contain a virus, worm, trojan, malware, or corrupt data; or
7. obtain or attempt to obtain access, through whatever means, to areas on O’Brien Media’s network or the services we provide you with which are identified as restricted or confidential. This includes leaving your home directory, or accessing files outside of your home directory, whilst using SSH, FTP, or SFTP access to servers.
8. operate or attempt to operate IRC bots, cryptocurrency mining, or other permanent server processes.
You have full responsibility for the content of their website. For the avoidance of doubt O’Brien Media is not obliged to monitor, and will have no liability for, the content of any communications transmitted by virtue of the services.
If you fail to comply with the Acceptable Use Policy outlined above, O’Brien Media shall be entitled to withdraw the services we provide you with and terminate your account without notice.
