More consistency
When team members feel valued and fairly paid, they are more likely to stay, so you work with people who know your project and your business.

About us
Since 2019 we have paid everyone at O’Brien Media at least the real Living Wage, because a fair day’s pay for a hard day’s work is part of how we do business.
Being a Living Wage employer means we pay every member of the O’Brien Media team at least the real Living Wage, which is higher than the legal minimum and is set at a rate that meets everyday needs. We are accredited for doing so, which also shows that we meet external standards for fair pay.
We made that decision in 2019. We don’t believe in completing web design projects with minimum effort, so we wouldn’t pay our team a minimum wage either.
Our decision comes from our values of fairness and respect. It also helps us hire and keep talented people, and keep the high standards our clients expect.
When team members feel valued and fairly paid, they are more likely to stay, so you work with people who know your project and your business.
Accreditation shows we meet external standards for fair pay, which supports a reputation you can trust.
Paying fairly helps us recruit and keep talented people to work on your website.
A stable, fairly paid team supports steady growth, and you partner with a business that believes in fairness, dignity and inclusion.
We don’t see being a Living Wage employer as a one-off milestone. As costs rise, markets shift and our team evolves, we will keep reviewing wages, benefits and inclusion policies.
Find out more about the Living Wage and why it is good for business on the Living Wage Foundation website. We are also a Disability Confident Leader.
