Pembroke Digital Limited partial acquisition of O'Brien Media Limited assetsAs of 24th February 2024 Pembroke Digital Limited acquired certain physical and digital assets, customer contracts, and intellectual property rights (including the "O'Brien Media" and "Delivering digital dreams" and "Creativity with style" brand marks) from O'Brien Media Limited. This was in in conjunction the novation of a number of contracts and operational debts of O'Brien Media Limited, and ensuring a continuation of employment for staff employed by O'Brien Media Limited.
We are in the process of updating the obrienmedia.co.uk website to reflect this change of ownership.
The company, numbered 10798681, previously named O'Brien Media Limited is now O'Brien Media (2017) Limited. O'Brien Media (2017) Limited ceased trading as of 24th February 2024 and can be contacted at Unit 4096, The Innovation Centre, Swindon, SN5 1DE.
