O’Brien Media will be what’s known as the “Controller” of the personal data you provide to us. We collect basic personal data about you which does not include any special types of information or location based information. This does however include name, address, email, telephone numbers, website address, etc.
We need to know your basic personal data to provide you with marketing and website development and support services in line with any service agreement or contract you enter into with us. This includes providing you with service quotations and estimates and replying to service related queries via email or that you submit via the contact forms on our website.
We will not collect any personal data from you we do not need to provide and oversee the services we provide to you or for the purposes outlined on the form or page used to collect the information.
Your personal information is accessible only by our staff in the UK and used to manage your account with us and provide you with the services you contract with us to supply to you.
