We also check that your site still looks and works properly after every update.

Website support is £50 a month and includes one hour of support time, on a three month rolling support agreement with no long-term contracts. Any time beyond that hour is charged at the same hourly rate as your support agreement. If you would like hosting as well, our combined hosting and support plan is £70 a month and includes 30 minutes of support time along with fully managed hosting.

Yes. We regularly take on websites built by other designers and agencies. We’ll look at how your site is set up, tell you about any issues that need addressing, and then get to work looking after it for you.

Mainly WordPress, which powers most of the websites we look after. We also work with Craft CMS, Webflow and Drupal, and can help with other CMS platforms depending on the setup. On WordPress sites our support plans include Elementor Pro and a suite of professional plugins, saving you over £500 a year in licence fees. If your site runs on something else, ask and we’ll tell you what we can do.

Yes: contact forms, booking systems, galleries, online shops and more. We’ll advise on the best approach and recommend plugins that are well maintained, secure and right for what you need. Not sure what is possible? Just ask.

Occasionally, which is exactly why professional support matters. When WordPress, Craft CMS, Webflow, Drupal or any other CMS releases an update, there’s a small chance it won’t work with your theme or plugins. We test updates, check everything afterwards and fix anything that goes wrong. Our hosting includes daily backups, so we can restore your site quickly if needed.

We act quickly to identify the problem, clean up any malicious code and get your site back online securely, then investigate how it happened and close the gap. Prevention is part of support: we regularly scan for malware and vulnerabilities and keep your software up to date. We’re available by phone and email during office hours, weekdays from 9am to 4.30pm. Most support requests are acknowledged the same day, and straightforward tasks like content updates or minor fixes are usually completed within 24 to 48 hours. If something urgent comes up, like your site going down or a security issue, we’ll prioritise it and keep you updated while we work on getting it resolved.
