Microsoft will be dropping their support for the original version of Microsoft Edge.
To ensure that we meet performance expectations, Microsoft is updating the supported versions of Outlook for Windows that can connect to Microsoft 365 services as of November 1, 2021.
As of the Microsoft 365 for Mac, November 2020 update, macOS 10.14 Mojave or later is required to receive updates to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote. If you continue with an older version of macOS, your Office apps will continue to work but you will no longer receive any updates including security updates.

This week, at Ignite, Microsoft unveiled their new vision for the web and search, a colorful new icon, and outlined how they see Microsoft Edge + Bing as the browser and search engine for business. The new Microsoft Edge is now available to download on all supported versions of Windows and macOS in more than 90 languages. Microsoft Edge is also available on iOS and Android, providing a true cross-platform experience.

Microsoft is rolling out some updates to its Outlook mail app for Android which will include additional intelligent technology in Outlook for Android with suggested replies so you can quickly respond to an email with short, relevant responses to email messages.
