Every mailbox comes with Roundcube webmail, a clean, fast way to read, search and send email from any computer, tablet or phone, plus an address book. Log in to webmail or check service status.

Domain names, DNS and email migration
We can look after your domain name and its DNS settings, so your website and email keep working when things change. If you’re moving email from another provider, we’ll plan the switch and move your existing mail across so nothing gets lost. We register and transfer domains, and can set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC records to help your email reach inboxes and protect your domain from spoofing (this is quoted separately).
Email works alongside our managed website hosting and website support.

What is the difference between Roundcube and SOGo?
Roundcube is the webmail you log in to from any browser to read and send email. SOGo is a fuller productivity suite that adds shared calendars, contacts and tasks alongside your mail. Shared calendars, shared mailboxes and phone and tablet sync are all included.
Can I keep using Outlook, Apple Mail or my phone’s mail app?
Yes. Your mailboxes work with standard email programs and mobile apps as well as webmail, and we’ll help you set them up. Mailboxes support IMAP, POP3 and SMTP, so they work with Outlook, Apple Mail and most other mail programs, and phones and tablets can sync mail, calendars and contacts.
Can you move my existing email to you?
Yes. We migrate your mailboxes and folders from your current provider and plan the switch so you don’t lose mail. There is no charge for migration.
Do I have to host my website with you to use your email?
No. Email and domain services work with a website hosted anywhere, although having everything with one team keeps things simpler.
Can you look after my domain name?
Yes. We can manage your domain’s renewals and DNS settings so your website and email keep working. We can also register new domains and transfer existing ones to us.
