How to Suggest and Vote on Features in Client Connect

Tell us what would make Client Connect more useful, vote on other customers’ ideas and see what is planned, in progress or done.

Client Connect is built in-house by our team in Swindon, so we can act on what you tell us. Feature Suggestions is where you suggest new features, or new services you would like us to offer, and vote for ideas other customers have put forward. We add new features and improvements regularly, and this helps us decide what comes next.

Finding Feature Suggestions

  1. Sign in to connect.obrienmedia.uk.
  2. Open Tools in the menu, then Feature Suggestions.

Voting and commenting

  • Each idea has an up arrow and a down arrow with the number of votes between them. Use the up arrow for ideas you would like to see, and the down arrow for ones you would not.
  • Each idea shows a status, such as Planned, In progress or Done, so you can see how it is getting on.
  • Add a public comment under an idea to say how it would help you, or to add a detail.

Submitting an idea

  1. Choose Submit Idea at the top of the page.
  2. Give your idea a short title and describe what you would like and how it would help.
  3. Submit it. Please look through the existing ideas first, and vote for one if it is already there.

Important to know

  • Suggestions and comments are visible to other customers and may be shown on our website or elsewhere.
  • Once submitted, you cannot delete a suggestion or a comment without raising a support ticket.
  • Please do not use Feature Suggestions for support enquiries. For those, open a ticket.
