We are extremely proud of our Client Connect service, built in-house to give every customer access to their account information!
It is a bespoke portal re-developed from the ground-up over the summer of 2025 by our Swindon-based team. Using Client Connect, our clients can access huge amounts of up-to-date account-related information.
If you want to check on your open helpdesk tickets, latest invoices or website statistics, all that information is at your fingertips, at all hours of the day.
We love speaking to our customers. But sometimes all they need is a quick answer to a simple question, and Client Connect provides answers at the click of a button!
In addition to the (not always thrilling) information on your account status, billing, and helpdesk tickets, Client Connect also gives you access to your website statistics report – in real time!
You can click on the “Website stats” button and select any one of the sites we support and host, instantly getting access to a wealth of information about how your website is performing.
Client Connect is always evolving, so the screen you see when you log in might look a little different, or it might have some additional features, but the core features indicated below will always be available in roughly the positions shown.
