Use the activity log in Client Connect to see logins, changes and support activity on your account, in date order, and filter it by type or date.

The Activity Log is a record of what has happened on your account since the log began. It is there for transparency and peace of mind for you and your team, and it is a simple audit trail you can always check back on. For example, you can see when people signed in and when something was changed.
Finding the log
- Sign in to connect.obrienmedia.uk.
- Open Tools in the menu, then Activity Log.
Your dashboard also shows a short list of recent account activity, with a View all link to the full log.
What the log shows
Each line has the date and time, the user, the activity, its type and a short description. Choose Details on a line to see more. The log covers things such as:
- logins to your account
- profile and account changes
- service and billing activity
- support ticket activity
- website security and infrastructure activity, such as viewing your website performance or site health
Filtering the log
Use Filter Activities at the top to narrow the list. Choose an Activity Type: All Activities, Account Changes, Service & Billing, Support Tickets, Website Security or Infrastructure. You can also set a From Date and a To Date. Then choose Apply Filters.
What to look for
- Logins you do not recognise. If you see one, change your password in your profile straight away and tell us.
- Changes you did not expect to your account or services.
- A record of when something was done, if you need to check back, for example when a colleague raised a ticket.
