How are you different from other businesses that do the same thing? This will help us create the text content that goes with your social media posts.

Please describe your target/typical customer? *Who are they? Are they businesses, are they consumers, are they both? What is their average age? What do they do for a living? What are their interests and likes and dislikes? Are they mainly female, male or an even mix? Do they use your services from home, from an office, while they're on the move?

Do you have any brand guidelines? i.e. brand colours, fonts, etcIf you have a brand guide document please use the upload field later in the form to upload a copy. Please let us know what fonts your business uses - otherwise we'll use a basic font for all content.

Do you have any social media guidelines? i.e. what to post, what not to post!We need to know what to post and what not to post - e.g. post content about a list of subjects, avoid posting content about another list of subjects. The more detail the better. We provide a limited number of draft posts so if we don't know what you want and don't want you may incur additional costs. Who are your main competitors? *Please be specific, we'll assume that big multinationals in your industry are competitors, we want to know about the smaller ones - local businesses to you, national niche businesses, please include their website address and how they compete with you so that we can understand how to best set you apart from them.
