How to Open Your Webmail from Client Connect

Read and send email from any web browser with one click from Client Connect, with no app and no setup needed.

Webmail lets you read and send email from any web browser, on any device, without setting up an email program or app. Client Connect gives you a one-click link to it, so your inbox is always one click away.

How to open your webmail

  1. Sign in to connect.obrienmedia.uk.
  2. Choose Webmail in the menu, or choose Open webmail in the Email card on your dashboard.
  3. Sign in to webmail with your email address and the password for that mailbox. This is separate from your Client Connect login.

You can also go straight to mail.obrienmedia.co.uk. Bookmark it on any device you use.

Good to know

  • Webmail is useful when you are away from your usual computer, or when your email program is not working, because it only needs a browser.
  • If you forget your mailbox password, contact us and we will help you reset it.
  • If you are moving your email to us from another provider, you can copy your old mail across with email migration.
  • If webmail is slow or not available, check Service Status in case we are already working on it.
