July 8th 2014, 11:19: Connectivity to our Swindon office has been restored, we're just rebooting everything to clear some errors caused by the outage but we should be up and running and able to take calls as normal within a few minutes. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
July 8th 2014, 11:00: We've been advised by our provider that a fault has been found and a fix is in progress so we should be up and running again soon.
July 8th 2014, 01:00: We're currently experiencing some connectivity issues in our Swindon office which is resulting in problems with our phone lines, an engineer has been called and we hope to be back up and running soon. This issue does not affect customer website hosting or email services as our server are located in a dedicated data centre in Manchester.
In the meantime calls are being answered by our client reception team in Wokingham and there may be a delay when answering your call and we may not be able to call you back as quickly as we'd like.
