We will be performing essential maintenance on our customer management and billing platform (Midas) on the 1st December 2019 (Sunday).

During this time Midas Client Connect will be inaccessible and the creation of helpdesk cases submitted via email will be delayed. We will also have limited access to customer information and so support requests will be dealt with on Monday 2nd December unless of a service critical nature. Invoices and payment receipts generated on the 1st December will be issued on the 2nd December.

This maintenance will not affect customer websites, email, or apps.
