Are you a sales whizz? Worked in customer service, retail, or hospitality and have a good grasp of web technologies? We’re recruiting for a part-time New Business Specialist to help introduce more businesses to O’Brien Media!
The New Business Specialist will focus on outbound sales and relationship building with new cold and warm prospects that have shown some interest in our service offering. The New Business Specialist will also connect with current customers to build on the services offered to them and increase recurring revenue.
We use a bespoke, internally developed, CRM system called Midas that includes billing and helpdesk features along with marketing prospect data and associated tools. Being internally developed there is scope for rapid deployment of new functionality to assist with the growth of this role.
Due to the impact of Coronavirus, this role will initially be a zero-hours contract but paid at the Living Wage for hours worked. The role will have a limited number of hours initially but with plenty of room for growth!
