The Basic and Silver packages are provided on a three month rolling contract (this is to enable us to set up your service while still covering our costs) and the Gold package is on a monthly rolling contract.
You will need to provide a full renewal period as notice should you wish to cancel. So cancelling at the end of the third month will mean your service will continue for a further three months.
