As part of a drive to encourage reviews from their guests, London Road Garden Annex looked to postcards, sent with a handwritten message sent to guests after they finish their stay. We designed postcards with a strong call to action on the front, over a photo of the front of the accommodation, to encourage guests to leave a review on TripAdvisor.
