[Resolved] Our technology provider notified us that they are experiencing major availability issues across the UK

You may have had trouble accessing some affected services, websites, and apps earlier due to a problem experienced by our technology provider. This has now been resolved, and we have been notified they are no longer experiencing availability issues.

You should now be able to access all services as normal, as well as any other apps that were affected.

We wanted to make you aware of a technical issue that may be affecting you as an O’Brien Media client. Our technology provider notified us that they are experiencing major availability issues across the UK, affecting multiple services, websites, and apps.

What issues will this cause?

  • Your website and email service may be inaccessible for brief periods for some visitors Resolved
  • You might not able able to access some elements of Client Connect Resolved
  • Some of the editor elements powered by Elementor within your WordPress site may not function as expected Resolved
  • Some of your plugins may not display correctly within the WordPress admin area Resolved
  • You may experience problems or “update failed” notifications when trying to update certain WordPress plugins Resolved

What do I need to do?

You don’t need to do anything right now. We are hoping this will be resolved soon, we’ll let you know by updating this page when everything is back to working how it should be.
