Thursday 10th August 2017, 11:25 – The issues seem to have now been resolved and we now have a stable internet connection and working phones in our Swindon office. We'll be switching back to answering calls in Swindon shortly.
Thursday 10th August 2017, 06:00 – We have partial internet access back in our Swindon office but due to continuing connection resets we're still unable to make or receive telephone calls. Virgin Media's estimated resolution time of 03:30 has come and gone and we're now waiting for a new repair estimate.
We're currently diverting phone calls made to our Swindon office to our client reception team in Borehamwood but there may be a delay when answering your call and we may not be able to call you back as quickly as we'd like.
Thursday 10th August 2017, 02:05 – Virgin Media are reporting that the connectivity problem affecting our Swindon office is almost fixed and that engineers are carrying out their final checks.
Thursday 10th August 2017, 00:00 – Due to Virgin Media connectivity problems in the Swindon area our internet connectivity in our Swindon office is currently down, this is also preventing us from making and receiving phone calls.
Virgin Media estimate a resolution of the issue by 03:30 however we have activated our emergency plan and calls are being answered by our client reception team in Borehamwood. There may be a delay when answering your call and we may not be able to call you back as quickly as we'd like.

Wednesday 9th August 2017, 23:00 – We are currently investigating a connectivity issue with our telephone and internet connectivity in our Swindon office. This appears to be related to a Swindon-wide issue with Virgin Media connectivity.
