At the start of 2022 we started to trial making better use of the subject lines in the emails we send. We started to use “FYI:” at the start of emails containing reports and other “information only” emails, and where some kind of action is required – for example a payment failed, and we send a notification – we would add “Action:” at the start of the email.
We’ve now implemented this more widely and will be rolling it out to emails our team members send, not just automated emails, soon!
