Business Continuity Support for customers affected by adverse weather conditions (06/10/19 to 18/10/19)
Due to Environment Agency public advice and Met Office warnings being in effect for parts of the UK over the next 24 to 48 hours we have activated our Customer Business Continuity Support (CBCS) plan to provide assistance to customers affected by adverse weather conditions over the next few days.
For those not aware of this plan, this means that if you are an O’Brien Media customer for website hosting, website support, or any other service (with an active customer account) we will make changes to your website free of charge should you need to add alternate contact information, notify customers of store of office closures, or any other content changes in relation to flooding or other effects of the forecast adverse weather conditions.
As of 09:30 6th October, our Customer Business Continuity Support facility is in effect to assist customers affected by adverse weather conditions. We expect this to continue through Sunday 6th October to 23:59 on Tuesday 8th October.
The facility will be reviewed on Tuesday based on warnings in effect from the Environment Agency and the Met Office.
