We are here for you throughout the 3rd Lockdown for the UK

With Coronavirus having now triggered a Level 5 alert, and a national lockdown being in place in all four nations of the UK we want to reiterate what the situation is at O’Brien Media to reassure you that we are here for you and your business.

We are here for you throughout this global pandemic, and the UK’s 3rd lockdown, and will work with you to ensure that your business can continue to trade, and thrive, under these difficult circumstances.

Our distributed team means that team members already work from fully equipped home-based offices with full access to our Midas customer management system and our website hosting platform.

All team members have access to Microsoft Teams and VoIP telephony powered by Cisco to ensure we are as ready and connected as we can possibly be now that Coronavirus (COVID-19) a national lockdown.

We will still be available via Skype, Microsoft Teams, and phone for meetings and project discussions and have telephone conferencing facilities available for multi-party calls but will continue to not offer in-person meetings. To ensure that support enquiries are handled in the most effective way possible please email them in the first instance to [email protected] – a ticket will then be raised on our Midas system and linked to your account to allow any member of our team to respond. The health and wellbeing of not only our customers and team members but also their families, friends are foremost in our minds at the moment and we wish you a safe and healthy start to 2021.
