WordPress and WooCommerce based eCommerce website for Coffee Plant

Project description

WordPress and WooCommerce were chosen as the eCommerce platform for the new Coffee Plant website.

Product data, images, and customer information was migrated from Coffee Plant’s aging ZenCart based website to the new website and Coffee Plant took the oppertunity to review and update their product information.

Bespoke WordPress plugins to extend WooCommerce and WordPress functionality were crated.

These included functionality to allow for multiple pricelists to exist side-by-side to allow tiered wholesale pricing, and retail pricing, allowing both wholesale and retail customers to make use of the new website. This was coupled with complex rules based delivery calculations to give complete flexibility of configuration and control to Coffee Plant
