Business Continuity Support for customers affected by adverse weather conditions (14th/15th November 2019)
Due to Environment Agency public advice and Met Office warnings of disruption due to flooding, snow, and rainfall being in effect for parts of the UK over the next 24 to 48 hours we have activated our Customer Business Continuity Support (CBCS) plan to provide assistance to customers affected by adverse weather conditions over the next 48 hours.
For those not aware of this plan, this means that if you are an O’Brien Media customer for website hosting, website support, or any other service (with an active customer account) we will make changes to your website free of charge should you need to add alternate contact information, notify customers of store of office closures, or any other content changes in relation to snow, flooding or other effects of the forecast adverse weather conditions.
As of 06:30 14th November, our Customer Business Continuity Support facility is in effect to assist customers affected by adverse weather conditions. The plan will be reviewed at 06:00 Saturday 16th November based on warnings in effect from the Environment Agency and the Met Office.
