New website for Swindon Commercial Services Solar Park at Wroughton

Swindon Commercial Services Ltd (SCS) commissioned O’Brien Media to create a website to support the application to create a solar park at Wroughton (in conjunction with the Science Museum).  The website needed to be created on a tight schedule to ensure that information relating to the planning application and review could be communicated to residents in Wroughton as quickly as possible.
