As part of a drive to encourage reviews from their guests, London Road Garden Annex looked to postcards, sent with a handwritten message sent to guests after they finish their stay. We designed postcards with a strong call to action on the front, over a photo of the front of the accommodation, to encourage guests to leave a review on TripAdvisor.
We've been using Facebook's "sponsored posts" advertising feature to promote a post on our Facebook page for a week now and we've just had a comment on the post from someone wondering why the post appeared in their timeline. What are your views on sponsored and promoted posts? Anyone else had anything similar, please comment below?
