CCTV footage of the interior and some exterior areas of O’Brien Media offices is undertaken for the purpose of ensuring the integrity and safety of those buildings, staff and of key areas within them.

The legal basis for processing your personal data is that:
It is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests and the legitimate interests of third parties. In this case, our legitimate interests are the protection and safety of our staff, visitors and property. The legitimate interests of third parties are general public safety in the areas surrounding the spaces we occupy.
We do not actively collect sensitive personal data, but we may do through video recordings. Where we do collect sensitive personal data, our legal basis for doing so is that it relates to personal data which is manifestly made public by you.
1.4 Recipients
Your personal data may be shared by us with Flexspace, the operator of the building and site that contains the O’Brien Media offices, and with the Police or other law enforcement agency or department.
1.5 Retention
Your personal data, in the form of video recordings, will be kept by us for:
