We’ve recently begun the process of changing the style and content of our notification emails to make them more user-friendly and accessible, and to make them more consistent across our various systems and services.
The new style emails have our logo centered at the top, use a standard system font, and include slightly larger text with more concise wording to make their purpose clearer.
Emails relating to payments, invoices, and statements now also include a download button to download the document as well as the document attached in PDF format.
