To troubleshoot/edit/check settings, go to (depending on your Android software version and phone):
Menu > Settings > Accounts > Email > Settings, and select the corresponding account to edit.
or
Menu > Settings > Accounts and Backup > Accounts > and select the corresponding account to edit
- Check for server settings (sometimes labeled Incoming Server and Outgoing Server) and set it to the address advised by our support team.
Note: Your server address will be in the form of serverXX.obrienmediabusiness.co.uk where XX is your server number. This is the same server address for POP3, IMAP, and SMTP.

- Security Type: SSL (Accept all certificates)
- Server Port: 465
- Username: Use your FULL email address
More Settings > Incoming Mail Server Settings
- Security Type: SSL (Accept all certificates)
- Server Port: 993
- IMAP Path Prefix: Leave blank
Security Options
- Encrypt All: Yes, if problematic select No
- Sign All: No
- Key Management: None
