For WordPress websites we recommend using the WP File Manager plugin to access your site files as this provides all access needed to maintain a WordPress website.

If SFTP access is required then this is authenticated via SSH key. Simply send your SSH public key to our team and we’ll add it to your account which will allow you to securely authenticate. We support rsa and ed25519 key types only.
